Entry #4 - Praça Benedito Calixto

Praça Benedito Calixto

This plaza, located in the Jardim Paulista District of São Paulo, holds every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m, a market where people can find all sorts of things such as antiques, art pieces and handcrafted goods. Since Tuesday is a holiday here in Brasil (Constitutionalist Revolution), a lot of Paulistas were out of town so the market wasn't that crowded, which made it more enjoyable.

Souvenirs

In my case, I found some cool Brazilian souvenirs like magnets and bookmarks with the Brazil flag on them. Other people got second hand swiss army knifes for a really good price. Overall, it was a great experience which I totally recommend.
